Kent Co, MD Police

Hearing radio testing and TAC/surveillance use of 155.7 w/ tone of 151.4 by Chestertown PD tonight. This freq was known to be assigned to them, but this is the first I've ever heard it used....and it clearly is a tower repeater output freq (input not known). Primary freq for PD in Kent Co remains 159.21.

And the Morse callsign they are broadcasting on this freq is WPUR961 which belongs to the county.

The other traffic on the freq is from Cape May NJ with a PL 118.8.

Indeed....I'm curious if this freq will be used by all PD agencies in Kent (County Sheriff, Chestertown PD & Rock Hall PD)....or if it is reserved for just C-town. Since Chestertown is tiny & this freq is obviously a repeater output from a tower, I'm assuming that all county police agencies will use it. The Chestertown officers were making reference to ch 6 & ch 12 on their police radios.....I still don't have a clue how their bandplan is set up. They also have known freqs 154.74 & 156.21 - have yet to hear anything on them.

K-1 - K29 Kent Sheriff Patrol
K-30s Kent Sheriff ID

3750 - 3774 Chestertown PD

3775 - ? Rock Hall PD

Dont hold this to me but I think that 156.210 is the Input to 159.210.
