Kent county chemical exercise tonight

Keep you ear to MPSCS tonight. I just heard on the radio that there would be a *simulated* chemical release in Kent county Sparta area from 7:00PM to 10:00PM.

Could be some interesting listening.

I have all the event talkgroups on both Kent County towers and so far nothing but event 13 for the twoer upgrade.

There was activity on EMD 6 (TG 3113) off Cannonsburg tower this evening.

Also Med 8 and Kent County Interop 155.070 ( Ch 4 Simplex ) and ( Ch 7 Repeater)

EMD - 6 We were supposed to have an event channel but something happened and they couldnt issue it..

Sounds like more exercise in White Cloud with Fremont Command and North Command on 1026 H-Event 17 this evening. Checking off zones.

Edit: and now H-Event 24.

Interesting, although event 24 was mentioned, talkgroup 1032 is displayed as database H-Event 23. Is this a MPSCS database error?

EMM D6 (3113) and H-Event 19 (1028) are now also active.

Last night was the big dam exercise up in newaygo. Then this morning it continued on with a regional exercise.

EMD 6 was in use as well as a couple event channels. Although I dont have my list in front of me as is late .
