I've recently been hearing this weird squealing noise when the Kent Co Sheriff's talk on their radios. I don't hear this for any other agencies. Does anyone else hear this; has this anything to do with the consolidation?

AFAIK the consolidation hasn't fully taken place yet.

The squeeling could be feedback from someone using their mobile with their Prep turned on and all the way up.

Nothing new on the radio system that I know of.. My king sounds just the same as always.

I havent heard anything unusual. I hear a reverse burst on some mobiles. Im sure theres a pl tone.
