Kent Paging Freq.151.400

Kent center has a problem with the paging frequency. It is the alert freq. 151.400. They have a code id which is supposed to only transmit every 15 min. It has been since about 4PM repeating over and over and over again. It sounds like the titanic, but the titanic didnt last as long as this has been going on. They say that they are working on it.
