I seen where Charlotte’s Fire fieldcom on their way to y’all hope they will be on statewide channels we can listen to

I'm scanning a few KYEM and National Guard frequencies, but not really hearing much right now. Are there certain frequencies that would be ideal to monitor? I'm right in the middle of a lot of it, Estill County.
