6100 has mostly been keys with no voice just testing radio ID's and stuff. What did you decode the site with? SDRTrunk shows Site 1 as Middletown on 454.450 however Simulcast and Multicast Configurations are achievable with Tait Tier 3 Trunking.

New site in Louisville the frequency was originally P25 conventional but is now DMR trunking frequency is 451.425. Power seems to have been lowered so I’m unsure of the site information since was unable to get a good decode in on SDR Trunk

Some more information LG&E in Louisville is still using a repeater as P25 conventional on 451.125. However, they are on the DMR tier 3 system as TG 6101. Both systems are carrying the same traffic

@BC2001 Confirmed information is entered into the database after it has been submitted. Mentioning something in a forum post isn't the same as submitting the information. It is possible a DB admin will not see something mentioned in a forum post.
1) Goto Louisville Gas Electric - Kentucky Utilities Trunking System, Elizabethtown, Kentucky - Scanner Frequencies (radioreference.com)
2) Click the submit button
3) Enter enough confirmed information for it to be entered into the DB
4) Click submit Data
