I have the frequencies listed in RadioReference entered and unlocked for Kentwood fire but, never hear anything. From dispatch to on scene the frequencies seem dead. Any ideas. I'm right down the street from Kentwood Fire Department on Eastern.

Is the 153.950 a talk around / foreground channel? I see its a repeater and have that channel programmed on its output. Should I just set it to receive on the 153 freq instead? Thanks.

I would look up Kentwood Fire in the DB. I think that channel might be an old like fireground possibly. I didn't see it in the DB.
