Kenwood nx700/800

Good morning RadioReference!
I finally received the programming software and cables for my kenwood nx700/800!

At first I was a bit confused setting it all up, but all appears well when I try to read information from my scanner, except one thing. It asks me for a Read Authorization Password, which makes sense because I purchased my whole system from a dealer who set it all up. How do I get the password for my scanner, so that I can program it?

Also, would it be able to wirelessly clone my scanner to another one? Thanks

No, but I have the entire system leased, not purchased... Do you think he is still obliged to give me the password?
