Kenwood radio not changing song titles?

I have a Kenwood KDC-BT362U radio and am having problems when on the Bluetooth setting. If I am playing a song from Spotify off of my phone, the first song's title will show up but then it won't change when the next song starts. It used to change normally but just started not doing it. I noticed the title also don't change when I manually switch to the next song. I only got the radio a few days ago so it is basically brand new. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks!
