Kenwood: Kenwood TH-D74A & Google Pixel XL

I'm trying to (Bluetooth) pair the radio to the phone. The radio sees the phone just fine, but the phone doesn't see the radio (and that means I can't run APRSdroid). Anyone have suggestions?

Did you find any resolution to this? I'm on the verge of purchasing a Pixel XL, but partly because i wanted to use APRSdroid in tandem with my Kenwood D74a.

Nope. I alerted Kenwood to the problem, and perhaps it's ultimately a Bluetooth protocol problem. So I'm waiting for the next update to the radio to see how it goes.

Still love the radio, either way.
