EUREKA!!!
Hello I am back and this time with Great news.
I know have a Signal Strength Indicator attached to my Commercial Kenwood TK-790!
Write it Is as Follows on imgur!
Things I would have done Differently.
-Definitely get a Voltmeter with the Read Values ranging from 0V - 3V DC instead of the -1V - 3V DC as I did. (-1 - 0V provides no useful information to me except Meter Space Wasted.)
-Do more Research before Spending money on an S-Meter before knowing the inner workings of it and how it all works and what would be needed for it to work. (Amps Amps AMPS)
-Paid More attention in Algebra Class and Electronics Class hahaha. (Thank you Mrs.Nolan and Coach Baker,Your Teachings Did not go over my head and I appreciate your fond of Teaching and Kindling the Light inside me to learn more.)
