I have a TK390 programmed for work. They use dpl d331n. My radio has a delay of about 2 seconds from the time it rx the signal to hearing audio.
This is on a repeater. I prog ch1 to use the rptr and ch2 is direct (switch tx/rx freq for "direct")
Through the rptr, decode takes about 2-2.5 seconds.
'direct', decode takes about 2 seconds.
using ctcss it decodes in ms.
why does it take so long for dpl and what can I change to fix it?
