I think it can be programmed for scan disable. You may need to get it reprogrammed. ALSO if you have manually locked out all but one of the channels it wont scan. So you may see if all the of the channels are NOT on scan L/O.

You set the scan list up in the software that you use to program it with. You also program the buttons for their various functions as well at the same time.
