Kettering Police

Greetings All!

I was hoping someone could help me out.
The other day, I was monitoring KPD traffic, and I heard an officer talking to another officer, saying they should go to channel 4, or TAC 2.

I am only aware of two frequincies used by KPD:

Kettering PD - 155.4900
Kettering PD TAC 1 - 155.67000

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok this is a shot in the dark try this channel 155.47500 (Its a nationwide calling channel.) Upper Arlington PD in Columbus years ago had what we called channel 6. Only the cruisers picked it up and it was a nationwide channel. We used it for chit chat.


Also try your city services channel:
158.83500 KDN606 RM 123.0 PL Kettering Street Department FM

During the off hours this to can be used as a back channel for the Comm Center to talk to the officers

I dont have the frequencies labled with tac-1 or 2 BUt KPD also uses these frequencies.

155.6250
155.6700
155.9100

also there emergency channles or specail operations

155.6250 is Kettering PD TAC 3 Simplex. PL Tone used is 107.2
