Key ups on 154.2950 PL 88.5 Middletown FD and EMS Dispatch

Recently when I travel the GSP between 105 and 129 I get a continues key up on 154.2950 PL 88.5 Middletown FD and EMS Dispatch.
I don't know how long its been going on or what is causing it.
I recently put a Uniden 996P2 in my truck replacing a Uniden 396XT so maybe its been going on for a while and a better radio with a better roof mounted antenna is the reason I get it now.

It's been going on for less than a week or so (that I have noticed) on the old EMS/PD 2 channel. I'm sure its the older hardware that is still up for that system after they moved to MC TRS.

There are also key ups on 156.2100 CTCSS 206.5 old PD 1. I have also heard some calls dispatched on 154.2950 PL 88.5.
