When controlling my BCD436HP though ProScan the key are backwards. For example when I press the up key it goes down & when pressing the up key it goes down. How could I fix that?

Is that on the Web Server? It's by design. The Up button moves the big knob CW and the Down button moves CCW.

{edit} That's the Scroll buttons you're talking about with the menu cursor moving down on the display when you click the Up button.
Think of how the Volume buttons works. Clicking the Volume Up button moves the knob CW and the volume increases. Same with the Squelch buttons.

On the Web Server & Remote Scanner Over IP. Ok I see how it works. I wish that there cloud be an option to make the scroll buttons work in reverse.

RSOIP doesn't have the up & down buttons like the Web Server. The knobs on the virtual display(Web Server & RSOIP) operate exactly like the scanner. I'll leave it exactly as is.
