Hi Everyone,

Was wondering if anyone might have run in to a similar problem. I have an arduino KFDtool and the KFDtool program just wont recognize that it's connected, whatever I do.

Any thoughts on how to approach?

So far I've:

1. Updated Windows
2. Updated USB Drivers
3. Installed Arduino Drivers
4. Tried using different releases of the KFDtool software (1.4.0 and 1.5.0)

I'm on Windows 8.1.
