If anyone has any interest in learning how the IDAS trunking format works, and how your equipment receives it, we have a networked IDAS system in the area. IDAS uses NXDN digital audio. Kilgore's licenses for the system are WQSX531 and WQUT339.
One thing about this particular system that can cause confusion is that they reuse frequencies. On 151.52, I can hear three different sites.
Traffic is primarily on talkgroups 1-51 and 1-52. 1-1, 1-4, and 1-54 have also been heard.
IDAS has no system ID.
