King 21

Good morning,

I was monitoring 11175 last night and heard King 21 requesting a phone patch to King Ops via Offut AFB. I understand that King Ops is Patrick AFB, but I could not fond any reference to what aircraft King 21 is, no matter where I searched.

Anyone have any info.?

Although I have been a casual listener my interest in Mil Comm.s is getting more serious. Thank you very much. I had my Kinetic SBS-1eR running yesterday, but I doubt if this was close enough for me to log.

If you monitor ANG 106th RQS operations at Gabreski airport, you'll hear 'King' and 'Jolly' , followed by a number. Those are referencing C-130's (King) and H-60 Pavehawks (Jolly)
