King City Tower (York EMS)

Hello everyone!!!

I have a trunk tracker and i always listen to York EMS on the King City tower however I feel there is a freq missing, I could be sitting there with full signal on my scanner and hear the conversation perfectly and then i miss a bit, and then the next transmissin i get. I have checked the freq i got from this sight and nothing has changed. any ideas??

I don't believe any new frequencies have been added lately but I'll throw trunker on and check.

Of course, you won't get this reply as you don't check the forum.

That was a little bit strange...right up there with leaving a phone message for someone asking them to send you a letter in response since you never check your phone messages. Had a friend who did a similar thing to me.

well sorry didnt mean to offend people.. i mean i work and cant get to a computer all the time, and since i have a blackberry an e-mail would be so much easier!

I checked King and didn't see any new frequencies.

I would check:

1) all voice frequencies are entered in Motorola trunk mode
2) all voice frequencies are set to NFM
3) no attenuation has been turned on for all frequencies

If you are still missing calls, then check each frequency in conventional mode and see if you receive traffic on them.

I think most people tend to reply on the forum the message was posted. You might want to consider joining Scanont on Yahoo groups if an email forum is more accessible.
