King co sheriff f2 and f3 VHF

I am seeking the output frequencies of king county sar F2. it is listed all over the internet as 155.965, this is listed as a input frequency, can someone provide a standard offset for repeater operation? Or the exact out put frequency. I never hear the output side, and it seems to be off the net scrubbed.

the same for f3 155.755 although this might be simplex only
