Does anyone know if the Kingsport City police dept. can be heard?, what their system specs and frequency might be. I had zip scanners program Sullivan County into my sds100, but EMS calls are all I hear. Thanks for any info !

Kingsport Police & Fire Dispatch as well as every other talkgroup ID'ed as mode "DE" in the database are fully encrypted and cannot be monitored. Fire tac channels appear to be clear, as is every mode "D" talkgroup
