Kingston FD

[Sprint]

Hello, is anyone hearing this service ? I use a BCD 436HP and can search this range (770 MHz) but unsure why I'm not hearing anything. I am located 12 miles from the city center. Any thoughts, or is this even the actual frequency range? Cheers !

I was poking around the Wiki page for the Kingston P25 trunk system and read this:

The Kingston P25 system came online in late 2018 and ALL users including Transit, Fire, Police and Public Works are utilizing Full AES 256 encryption, meaning that no scanner can monitor it. However, Kingston Transit uses private calls on the new system to communicate back and forth between buses and control.
