is 15kHz, not 12.5kHz. I checked up/down 5kHz and the frequencies stated are
closest. I doubt the channels would be assigned on the U.S. side if they are
used widely on the Canadian side not far away. Again, I was only listening on
an analog scanner, no recovered speech.
On that, any news from Kingston, besides that one channel is ENC (anything
on the other two)?
I'm encouraging (admittedly by giving a poke) people use the Search
function in their scanners periodically. Not everyone has to do this, but in
many areas it seems nobody's doing it, or it's not getting reported. And
it hardly makes sense for people to have to drive in from other areas to
find things, especially with gas prices where they are, and on the way up...
