To make a long story short...Kingston PD has a repeater on the air. The problem: It's not in the FCC database. There is an indication of a repeater at 154.995 but thats a typo! That is the repeater input.
I am requesting monitors in Luzerne county to try plugging in 151.41500 and see if you hear it. Please post your results here ;-)

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

151.415 is Wayne County 1 Fire dispatch. Not impossible I guess, but seems pretty unlikely Kingston would use that freq being so close to Wayne geographically. Wayne is definitely active on that freq; hear them all the time.

ummmm

154.995 1 FB-2 (Repeater output), 1 FB (Base) 100 mo (Mobile) This is NOT the repeater output--I can hear it on simplix and definatly NOT a repeater. FCC typo

154.725 1 FB-2 (Repeater output), 100mo (Mobile) is correct--it's a repeater being used by Forty Fort Fire for fireground.

153.755 100 mo (Mobile) 2W (Mobile repeater ?) these I suspect are the new fireground channels.
153.845 100 mo (Mobile) 2W (Mobile repeater ?)

It seems that one of these could be Kingstons repeaters outputs!

159.240 100 mo (Mobile) 20w (Should be repeater input)
159.270 100 mo (Mobile) 25w (Should be repeater input)

You need to read what I wrote:
154.995 is licensed as

A repeater output or as a fixed base station, and the mobiles are licensed to operate on this
frequency also, so if they desire, they operate as a single channel simplex operation...

Sorry you disagree, was only trying to help.. The license is in the FCC data base. I looked today !

My Mistake!

After further monitoring, I discovered I made a MAJOR mistake. 154.995 pl 156.7 IS the repeater output. Sorry for any confusion on my part ;_(
