Well think they switched over to another talk group set of frequencies. Unfortunate cant hear the north frequencies as well as the south down towards the Water Gap.

(The reason believe these are two different systems due to the last two numbers but both call as Fox Gap)
Units talk about picking up rafts/kayaks etc.

Industrial Electronics (Matamoras) Trunking System, Matamoras, Pennsylvania - Scanner Frequencies

It sounds like with the area they cover multiple sites are used, still have yet figured out the rest of this talk group frequencies. If anyone has ears on the area and care to listen. They do talk quiet often during the day since indicated on web site cells dont work well in majority of the areas they operate.

Looking at IE's list, likely not all of these sites will be licensed to them

Based on the FCC Search of 452.8250, you might find that LCN-03 belongs to another Rental Co
