Hi,
I'm programming a scanner for a relative in Klamath Falls. I see KCSO on VHF but I also see them and Fire listed on the Phase 2 Trunking. Have they moved to this system? And are the Police still on VHF?

Been a little bit, but I am pretty sure they are still on VHF.

Those talk groups are patches to the OSRP system. They're still VHF.
