WS1065: Knob Repair/Replace

I need to have the Power/Volume knob replaced. The power knob control snapped at its base inside the radio and I can no longer turn my scanner off or control the volume. Do any of you know how to go about making repairs?

I would contact Whistler and ask them about doing the repair. I have had good luck with their repair service in the past.

If you could get your hands on the part / assembly, its a pretty easy repair.

However, finding one is difficult and Whistler won't sell you one.

Best bet is Whistler repair.
