I don't have any files or anything I can send you but you might check out the database here at RR if you haven't already. Lots of good info for Knox, Blount, and Anderson Counties.

the ones in the rr database are good. I listened to them when i lived in gray, ky

most all of knox county is uhf now.

ksp is uhf digital
