Knoxville... FBI & DOE Radio Check

The morning of Sun, 12/11/11, I believe it was TGID #1568, THP District 1 Mutual Aid Net , they were doing a radio check for surrounding government agencies and counties. During this radio check both the FBI and DOE came back loud and clear.

DOE radio test

FYI: I found out that every Sunday morning about 0800 the Oak Ridge DOE control (Y-12 and ORNL) does a radio test on 460.400 (UHF Mutual Aid) with Roane, Anderson, Loudon and Knoxville THP. I found it by accident one day when I was scanning and had that freq. programmed in because Roane County had been using it to talk. My guess is that they are on the 800 mhz system doing the same thing, but never heard the FBI respond back to the test.
