Does anyone know if there are any GMRS repeaters in Knoxville? Would anyone be interested in trying to get a GMRS system up?

Since there doesn't seem to be any GMRS repeaters in Knoxville. Does anyone know how I should go about getting one put up?

There are 2 repeaters I can hit in Knoxville. 462.675 with PL 141.3. I can also hit 462.600 same PL, but I cannot verify 600 is in Knoxville. My ladyfriend lives on the NW side and up on a hill. The 600 machine may be on Viking Mtn., but I can hit it in certain locations. The 675 machine used to have an occaisional person on it, but very quiet lately. I can hit that one throughout the area. I usually throw out my call when in town.....WQCP-729.
