KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper, Lowell Russell, is in critical condition at UT Medical Center battling for his life after a tractor trailer slammed into his cruiser.

Wow, Very Sad

I hope he can recover somehow. Very sad when things like this happen to people who do so much good in the world. Just goes to show you how serious a problem distracted driving is (sleeping, texting, talking on the phone). Pay attention people!!
