KOKC NDB Gone

I tried on all my LW equipped radios to see if I could hear 350khz but nope it's gone. Used to be able to hear it. Verified at AirNav: KOKC - Will Rogers World Airport No more mention of NDB frequencies.
I suppose modern day advanced avionics made NDB's obsolete. I also checked SID/STARS but nope not there either. NDB's are history.

I think you mean NDB (NonDirectional Beacon). ADF (Automatic Direction Finder) is the receiver in the aircraft for NDBs. A lot of NDBs and even VORs have been decommissioned in the past few years.

I corrected my post. I just noticed 350khz went silent a few months ago. Just now figured it out.

Indeed, LCY 326 at the Guthrie Airport was taken out of service around three to four years ago. Chasing beacons used to be a bunch of fun back in the "old" days...:)
