For now...you get ISP and Post Falls PD along with Fire but in talking to a neighbor who works for PFPD.. the memo is on the new Chiefs desk to make the decision as to whether they will join the rest...and Im sure they unfortunately will! As for monitoring Encrypted traffic... no can do! It is actually illegal to do so!!

You're going to have to find something else to monitor or be happy with Fire and ISP...
