I have logged a new talk group on the KSICS system. I have narrowed it down to a law enforcement talk group of some sort however I am not sure which area this officer belongs to as I do not have that in my scanner and it is not showing up in the system. If somebody would be so kind as to narrow it down I would greatly appreciate it and other listeners in the area would greatly appreciate it.
