I think there was a post under the Ottawa County Tower that it was up and running around the end of May. Someone reported that KHP dispatch advised the tower was operational.

Is it operational under the conventional system or KSIS? I recently purchased a 2096 and am wanting to give its digital capabilities a whirl.

Conventional analog only- it will be awhile (years) before KSIS moves to north central Kansas.

Well I guess if I had paid attention to what the * meant, I woldn't have asked such a stupid question. I saw it on the list and assumed. Thanks for the replies.
