KSP and the PRO 95 scanner

Need help setting up my radioshack pro95 scanner for KSP. I have all the frequencies for KSP but I am a novice where trunking is concerned. All freq's are programmed in, seperate banks for different posts but am not recieving any traffic. PLEASE HELP!!!

Very simple why you are not receiving KSP traffic:
1) KSP operates in Astro Digital format...which the Pro95 cannot decode & monitor...you will need one of the newer Digital capable scanners (Pro96, Uniden 296D/796D) to be able to decode and monitor the digital radio traffic...
2) The KSP UHF system is not Trunked...it is conventional.....
You can still monitor the KVE (Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement) on the 453.300Mhz frequency in Analog.
