KSP going encrypted?

A Lt. told me KSP is lookin at options to go encrypted due to online scanner feeds.. He even said this site. Any of you guys heard anything about this? He also said Hopkins County is looking into it before they switch digital. I hope this is not true.. But this came from a LT.. He said this site screws with operations worse than just the avg person with a scanner.

Before this gets out of hand, Let's keep in mind the Stickied thread at the top of every forum regarding Encryption and Live Streaming.

Ignoring the elephant in the room will not make it go away. This site has been a thorn
in the side of more than a few agencies, KSP is probably no exception. I have witnessed
radio salesmen using pages from here as a sales tool for encryption more than once.
