The following freqs were found on the FCC.gov website. These are for public safety data communications. These should be for the MDCs in cruisers throughout the state and allows LINK/NCIC data to be transmitted.

the 855 would be the Repeater not Mobile
and the 810 is the input to the Repeater [not needed for listening] ;)
