This may be a dumb question but do all the frequencies for KSP within the same post broadcast the same thing? For example, does the frequency for Lexington broadcast the exact same thing as the frequency for Frankfort? Thank you for all your help.

The simple answer is Yes. Of all the Freqs in the post, they are divided into 2 Channels, Channel A and Channel B. All the Frequencies on channel A transmit simultaneously If the units are using channel A, and all Frequencies for channel B transmit simultaneously if they are using channel B.
