There is a section for railroad communications, but here is a site that lists 99% of the frequencies all railroads use. The site is weird though, you'd have to highlight and copy to a word document to really read it well, so I picked out the frequencies for Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation..

I don't see why you shouldn't.
I can't listen to them any more, they removed the tracks here about 20 years ago, but I did listen to them then.
What did they use to use? I wish they would have left the line in...they pretty much killed any chance of towns like Morehead, Olive Hill, and Grayson from expanding when they tore it out...just my opinion
