KZDC NOTAM : AIRSPACE DCC 724STG CCAS STNR- Acronym decode requested plz

So I got the location part ok, 140 degree radial out of KSDZ at 007nm but that is it. I am pretty sure I know what it is referring to, as I have seen some A/C looping around on ADSBx in the vicinity of KSOP and the Aberdeen area. Yesterday unknown ICAO, callsign DWG21, and today a C27J the xxx30 tail number, both in the right altitude blocks.

What I am asking about is the 724STG, and to a lesser extent I am curious about CCAS and STNR as I see them often and never have figured those two out.

724STG= 724 Special Tactics Group? That's my bet in the Radio Reference pool.
