There is also the Incident News Alerts server, Same TeamSpeak Program just a different server. Our TS server is located at: radio.scannerbuff.net:8767

It has Verdugo Fire Dispatch which dispatches for the cities of Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Alhambra, South Pasadena, San Marino, Monrovia, and finally Arcadia. It is my feed, and I am also going to be hosting LACOFD Blue 8 (Dispatch) very soon.

Thanks!

You won't be getting any L.A.F.D (LA City Fire) feeds, as they WILL Prosecute.

Here is the information:

http://lafd.org/audio.htm

So a feed of LA City provided from OUTSIDE LA City limits is exempt from their
city ordinance ?

Somebody with a LOT of $$$ needs to establish case law if internet streaming is "rebroadcast" of
public safety frequencies.

The federal code cited in the link from LA City refers to encrypted and satellite communications, not analog unencrypted signals.

PS frequencies are licensed in the public interest, not for commercial use.

But unless you have big $$ to challenge it in court, the fear of prosecution keeps the amateurs
from challenging it.

LA City Fire doesn't have a local ordinance. They have a prosecutor who's willing to prosecute under section 605 of the communications act, 'revealing' intercepted communications. You are allowed to listen. You aren't allowed to tell others what you hear. It's mostly ignored, very true. But that won't help you if a prosecutor is willing to take you to court over it, and drain your wallet.

It's the EXCEPTIONS to that rule that deal with satellite comms, the rule itself applies to ALL radio comms. The ECPA made some definative statements that you can listen to certain things, including police and fire. It made no exception or exemption from the requirement not to divulge what you hear.
