That is the flavor of the LASO radio communication system. When you hear the beep beep its the mobile units talking back to Dispatch.

I was just wondering why I hear a long lasting beep beep beep beep after every unkey of their radios.

“NOTE: Mobile traffic is not rebroadcasted over the output frequency of the dispatch channels. Instead, only a beeping tone is broadcast to signify to the field units that someone is talking. To monitor units in the field you must program in the input frequencies also. The corresponding L-TAC channel is included in brackets”

The mobile inputs will not be imported via Sentinel. You would have to go into the LASO webpage via RR.com in LA and there is a little icon that says "show input" and then program them in manually
