LACFD LAC D- 2 Not being used ?

Reason why LAC D-2 not being used, it’s Sharing with LAC D-4 which makes a very very busy channel

Yesterday Afternoon and This Morning it was so busy, With multiple units Stepping on each other to The point
Of a Brief Channel Shut down, which happed multiple times.

I realize when Things are Slow ( mid night hours) they combine The LAC D channels

Looks Like LAC-D-2 has been down And continues to be down for Maintenance.
Finally All LAC-D-2 Traffic is now on LAC -C-20
