All infrastructure /hardware upgrades to scranton PD / FD, county fire, ems and fire ground. Additional voter/ receivers throughout the county.

Oh, and don't forget: all channels will be named via a color code convention, savor the kool-aid.

I was just going to ask if anybody had the info on the changes but I'm glad I checked the database. They weren't there over the weekend when I wanted to update my programming but they are in there now.

The color thing is stupid but it works in other parts of the country. At least it's all still a conventional system. I was hoping with the changes I'd pick them up better but only a slight improvement to most channels. Zone 4 still comes in better than 3. Lower Lack is great. As is Scranton Fire 2. The rest are unfortunately still very hit or miss for me.
My big complaint has always been Zones 3 and 4 being used as a dispatch and an ops channel along with hospital comms on 4. There should be one combined fire and EMS dispatch channel for the whole County utilizing the regional channels as an ops and use 3 as a Countywide fire interop and 4 as a Countywide EMS interop. Did they at least get the hospital paging off of 4 and onto the Med channels or another VHF channel?

The plans are allegedly in the pipeline for 154.310 to be the dedicated fire/ems dispatch freq.

Is this the definitive list of what's actually being used? Where is the ULV repeater on 155.490?

I'd like to get the DB updated if this is confirmed info.
