Does anyone know the Dickson City Local frequency? Also, there is a repeater in Moscow, Waverly, and Bell Mountain... does anyone know what their exact use is (EMS, Fire, PD)? Thanks for any help.

One of the repeaters at Bell Mtn is WPCG649. According to the RR database:

This is a county detective freq, but the antenna search shows other users.

Nothing shows up for Waverly, but you can search
