Is anyone picking up activity on this system for FIRE DISPATCH 1-4 ive been hearing activity on VFIRE 21 and ADMIN often also INTEROP channels

Haven't heard any of the dispatch TG's active; only the ones you mentioned and FIRE 1 thru 10 on occasion for incidents/training.
What site are you monitoring? I heard LACO Fire referencing LARICS channels, particularly Fire 7, on the recent fires and the Franklin fire a few months ago but I was, and continue to not be able to pick up any LARICS traffic from my location in Burbank.
Fire 7, Camps, Admin and Field Comm all carried traffic during the fires.
The D1-D4 talkgroups are all patches to the conventional analog channels (and sound like it). You are not going to hear activity on a talkgroup unless someone is affiliated with that talkgroup on the site you are listening to, and without a real good reason to use the patch, most users are going to be sitting on the corresponding conventional channel instead. I have heard traffic on all four of the patched talkgroups, but it is sporadic and relatively rare...
