Lafayette, IN Area Amateur Question Regarding D-STAR and System Fusion

How busy are the D-STAR and C4FM System Fusion repeaters in the Lafayette, IN area?

Just wondering if it would be worth it to invest in either modes from either receive only perspective (i.e. new Alinco DJ-X100T purchase) or to go ahead and purchase two HTs (one for D-STAR and one for System Fusion).

Asking for a fellow amateur operator down in the area. He already has DMR capability.

Tell them to put those Dstar and C4FM frequencies into an analog radio, and then see how much digital noise they hear. The more digital noise the more radio traffic.
