Lafayette Police and Sheriff Live Audio Feed has been down a week

Don't know where to send but this feed has been down a week and goes down all the time. Who do alert when this goes down?

Feed providers receive an automated email when their feeds go offline.
It could be the provider is having problems with their radio, computer, or internet connection. The provider may have decided to discontinue providing the feed.
Feeds are provided by volunteers and may go offline or be discontinued for many reasons.
